Help! I can't sleep!! Too many thoughts on the issues at home, the people, the work, the health.. Having a crush gives u dat girly light-headedness.. Guess it's kinda refreshing..or I'm plain bored

Let put it plain n simple.
Scene 1: At the office's kitchen. Pearl went in to make coffee and saw the Guy there just as she had hoped.
Pearl: Good morning, Guy.
The Guy: Hey, Pearl.
Pearl: You know what, my friend promised me to join me for this Star Trek movie which we had been wanting to watch for so long. Ya, we're such a Star Trek geeks. So I bought the tickets, and she told me she can't go.
The Guy: What's her name?
Pearl: Oh you wouldn't know. (blush)
The Guy: Alright. (and he began to leave)
Pearl: Hey! Why don't you go with me?! (She shouted)
The Guy: Alright. (and he left)
Pearl: YES!
The guy then came back and asked, "Sorry, you were saying sth?"
Pearl: huh?? err.. I mean 'gas'. We're running out of gas.
At that moment, the kettle whistled.
Hahahahahaha
*smacks both of you!*
Ruby: well...I can't put the details here..but it is out of his mouth that he is single and is not in the mood for any romantic notions!
